Would you like to gain valuable financial and healthcare information beneficial to becoming a better you? Well good news! Project TECH in conjunction with the Trinity Education Community & Conference Center is now offering a variety of FREE on site and self-paced classes along with activities for all ages from youth, adult, to seniors citizens.

The annual Senior Division of the S.C. Bar Association’s Law Day Essay Contest is sponsoring an essay competition about the legal system and justice. The Law Day 2020 theme is “Your Vote, Your Voice, Our Democracy: The Nineteenth Amendment at 100. In 2019-2020, the United States is commemorating the centennial of this important document. We encourage all high school students to participate in writing an essay of 1,000 words or less. The contest is open to all students attending a public or private high school or being homeschooled within South Carolina in grades 9-12. Statewide awards will be issued to the best essay in the amount of $500 by each grade level, as well as, an overall best essay award of $1,000. Deadline entry is Wednesday, May 20, 2020.
